We offer complimentary parking adjacent to the hotel, though spaces are limited. If no spaces are available, you can park your car in one of the nearby parking areas, and our shuttle service will be at your disposal. The hotel is not very big - which I personally like and has a perfect location - a bit far from the center of the city. You still can reach the center by 20-minute walk or with the help of the hotel shuttle. The room is small but has everything necessary for a stay. The breakfast is superb and has plenty of options. The main advantage is, of course, the stunning view! The staff was friendly and ready to help. They also arranged a free pick-up for us (we arrived by ferry). The area by the pool is nice and relaxing (though the pool is only 1.2m deep - but still ok).

Park Chalet Village offers luxury wood and stone chalets with spa baths, sensory showers and South Tyrol Finnish saunas. Just 1.5 km outside of Livigno, it has free ski bus links to the Mottolino ski area. The Chalet was Perfect. Basically 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. The Suna and Jacuzzi was such a treat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Great selection of teas and Illy coffee. The outside seating area is lovely. The entire place is such a treat. It is peaceful and quite. Breakfast was fantastic. The older man (name unknown) was the highlight of the most polite and kind person. Nothing was too much for him and always assisted as best he could. Answered all questions we had and knew what we had each day and it was always ready. It is a 15 min slow and lively walk to the town center. Bikes are available for free or e-bikes cost €35. The parking garage is located right next to your unit. We will be back for a longer stay as this was such a teaser to enjoying a fun and short stay.

Great hotel with nice view and nice staff specially Othman in breakfast area but people in the reception not friendly very much and in their break someone not professional is covering their place also the manager in her office not meeting the people so it takes time to consult her if something is happened
