Rooms were comfortable with large tv and comfy bed and big room and big bathroom. Truly everything we needed. Also we had a major issue with an ant infestation around some leftovers, and they were able to react quickly and get the whole issue under control. They had the cleaning crew over and they took care of it to our satisfaction.

Also, she was generous enough to take us to the port fo catch our cruise. In addition, she bought us pizza for dinner, because we came late.

Valentina was a very kind and attentive host. Perfect location – close to the city center and the beach. Also, Nettuno is a picturesque town on the Tyrrhenian Sea – not very well known, but with a peaceful, typically Italian atmosphere, beautiful and clean beaches, medieval buildings, and old churches. We will definitely return to Nettuno, and of course, to Favola Guesthouse Affittacamere.

Nothing beats hanging out outside at the jacuzzi while enjoying a cold drink as well as the view with your friends or family. The daily cleaning service is on point and the staff is very nice and always available. We got exactly what we wanted and even more.

Extremely spacious and very nicely decorated apartment. It had everything you could need even for a longer stay. WiFi was fast (I did video-calls without any problem), AC managed perfectly even though it was a heatwave outside during my stay. Communication was excellent prior to arrival & was even allowed earlier check-in.

It's a smaller apartment with 2 bedrooms, a very nice balcony, strong ac, and in a great location, supermarkets and a few restaurants within 5 minutes walking, as is the metro which takes you straight to Rome or to a station about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The apartment was super well stocked, had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. We spent time here as an emergency, my husband ended up in the hospital, and the owner was an absolute lifesaver. He gave us a ride from the hospital to the apartment, took us to the airport to pick up our bags, took us back to the hospital to visit and brought us back to the apartment. He brought all of our bags upstairs, and was so so pleasant to talk with and to be around. He was super responsive to any requests, and even took us to the airport after our stay. If you're looking for a cheap, wonderful apartment run by a truly good person, this is your place.
