It offers a traditional restaurant, country-style rooms, an outdoor pool with a hydromassage corner and lake views and an indoor pool with transparent walls with olive grove view, equipped with a waterfall, hydromassage and chill-out corner. Beautiful location, wonderful house. The pool is very nice and the salt water is a pleasant change from the chlorine ones. It has also got a nice spa although we didn’t use it. The rooms have a rustic, elegant feel which really fits in the area. Not too far to pretty towns like Cortona. The food at the property is delightful with excellent wine pairings. Complete rejuvenation.

The staff were very friendly. The pool was perfect to swim in as it was very hot . The bed was very comfy . The views were fabulous. Looking out to the beautiful Umbrian countryside. The restaurant was absolutely amazing. Delicious meal and lovely outlook.

This is by far the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. The best thing about it however was the host, who was absolutely lovely and treated our children like her own. This is a great property for families because there is so much for kids to do.
