We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

Breakfast was another highlight: a generous and delicious spread featuring freshly baked croissants and seasonal local fruits. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host and the wonderful staff. They were incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions for activities and even booking restaurants for us. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. We felt truly cared for, and we would absolutely return.
