We are a couple with 2 kids had the most wonderful stay at this amazing hotel. The property is beautifully designed and incredibly peaceful, with a calming atmosphere that made it the perfect escape. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the views were simply breathtaking—you can see Mount Etna in the distance, surrounded by endless vineyards. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel so welcomed, and really made our vacation better. We left already dreaming of coming back—this place is truly special. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

Antonio, Salvatore, and Claudio went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality, helpful suggestions, and attention to detail made a world of difference. We highly recommend Palazzo Vecchio and look forward to returning on our next trip!

Lovely pool and spa. very helpful staff. Good self service breakfast, but also excellent kitchen facilities for self prepared meals, which was a real bonus as we dont like to eat out every night. The owner of the villa was a friendly and helpful person. The location is just in front of the Acireale Train Station and is half an hour away from the city center where Piazza Duomo can be reached. The apartment had a combined kitchen and living room, a bathroom, one big bedroom, and another bedroom on a terrace. It was furnished with all necessities, spacious, and very well kept. It is ideal both for the winter and summer periods. In winter it feels very cozy and welcoming while for the summer period, there are two outdoor pools. I was in Acireale for the carnival nevertheless there was a tranquil atmosphere. A truly relaxing experience. Certainly, not my last experience in this villa but will be back for sure.
