Apartments, studios and suites at the Santa Cecilia come with a marble bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Most have a balcony or patio with sea views. Wired internet is free. Residenza Santa Cecilia is actually a beautiful seafront villa, close to some of San Vincenzo's nicest restaurants and beach clubs. Our apartment was huge, with two bedrooms and a spatious terrace overlooking the sea and the marina. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choises. The staff is incredibly accomodating and helpful, they really made our stay a special experience.

The elegant rooms all feature a furnished balcony and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some rooms overlook the sea. Each room features an LCD TV with SKY programs and a USB port for multimedia content, as well as the possibility to sync your mobile device's content to the TV screen.

A Turkish bath, fitness area and indoor pool with hydromassage functions are available at the free wellness centre of the hotel. The indoor pool offers views of the garden. Is the third time I choose this venue for vacation … the amazing staff, a very beautiful garden, the incredible SPA and the wonderful rooms will guarantee you an unforgettable stay. Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a water park. The accommodation features a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Very kind and generous host family, great people and hosts. Were kind to offer us tips regarding the carnevale. Room was very nice and the location is great. We shall very probably return.

Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Vi Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Viareggio, 200 metres from Viareggio Beach. We came for Carneval and we wish we would have booked a longer stay! Staff was so attentive and kind, apartment was incredibly clean and fresh. As a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that B&B Follonica exceeded my expectations. It’s a modest, newly renovated, and cozy place, with great attention to detail – from cleanliness to genuinely warm and helpful staff. Special thanks to Giacomo, the manager/owner who was incredibly helpful from the start. He clearly explained everything and remained available throughout our stay – offering advice, directions, and excellent restaurant recommendations. We opted for covered, gated parking on-site, which was €15 per day. There is also street parking nearby, which is slightly cheaper, but we preferred the secure, in-property option behind the gate – much more convenient and worry-free. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped – with a fridge, safe, and a beautiful, large bathroom. They felt bright, comfortable, and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with scrambled eggs or omelets made to order. Breakfast is served in the hotel’s open garden, which adds a fresh and relaxed touch to the mornings – a truly pleasant experience. The private wellness and sauna (available for €30/hour) was a welcome bonus and a great way to unwind. The location is ideal – close to both the beach and city center, as well as to great local restaurants. Giacomo is happy to recommend places based on your preferences. Also worth mentioning is the 24-hour self-serve bar, where you can refill still or sparkling water into reusable bottles – a thoughtful and eco-friendly feature that reflects the hotel’s sustainable mindset. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at B&B Follonica and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The bed and breakfast has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very cozy and clean. The modus operandi of digital check-in, check-out and yet human contact worked very well for me.

We received a great introduction upon arrival to all the opportunities and activities in the area. The beach is right in front of the house, with restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The apartment is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, featuring two terraces. Parking is available directly on the property. Located in a quieter part of the city, it’s one of the best holiday spots we have ever visited. Highly recommended!

Set within 400 metres of Follonica beach and 19 km of Golf Club Punta Ala, MARCONI 1935 offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Follonica. The bed and breakfast provides a spa experience, with its sauna, hot tub and spa facilities. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. We stopped for a night on a cycling tour. Online check-in for old folks is a pain but to be fair, even doing it on the same day as we did it worked well. We had secure outdoor parking for our bikes, a super clean room with (gold star!) a heated towel rail to dry our cycling gear. And breakfast was superb! 10/10 supported by the two ladies who were on hand to make sure everything was ok. No shortage of restaurants and bars near by. Very happy to recommend this place.

The accommodation features a seating and dining area. Some units include a terrace and/or patio with sea views. All units have a kitchenette equipped with an oven and fridge. A stovetop and coffee machine are also provided. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath or shower and free toiletries. This was a beautiful small house with a lovely garden and a fantastic view overlooking the Procchio Gulf. The beds were comfortable and the rooms felt cozy and inviting. We particularly enjoyed the private terrace, perfect for grilling and even equipped with an outdoor shower, which was a nice touch. It was also exceptionally quiet, offering perfect silence, which was truly restorative. The owner, Michele, was incredibly helpful; he not only picked us up from the port and drove us to the house, but also guided us to the best places and routes to explore the island. His assistance was especially invaluable as we unexpectedly encountered a national strike in Italy during our stay, making train and other public transportation impossible. An added bonus was that Michele also rents out bikes (both normal and electric), which was perfect because riding around Elba Island is an absolute must!
