We booked a cabin for a one-night stay after our long road trip from the northern region. The staff was exceptionally friendly; she even introduced us to the charming small town and the information about the stores and restaurants that are still open for business during winter. If you prefer cooking, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely greenhouse available for shared use. Some comments mentioned that the room was too small. While it is true, it was more than enough for just sleeping. The beds (and the pillows) were the most comfortable ones we had during our 16-day trip in Iceland. We would absolutely recommend this place to others who are planning to visit the Westfjords and are looking for a convenient stop on the way to the west side. Oh - and the kind staff even remind us to go out to catch the stunning northern light! :D

At Hotel Stafholt guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Not only that the hotel served breakfast earlier to meet our travel schedule, the hotel owner went above and beyond to fix our broken car. He mobilised his network early morning so we could contiue our trip and catch the flight. We are grateful forever. BTW, we saw the Northern light from the house.

The holiday home has 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and a toaster, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer. Additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies. The property was very clean and cozy and had all the cooking essentials. The geothermal hot tub was a bonus :) perfect for a night in!

The guest house features a hot tub and a shared kitchen. The kitchen had all the amenities needed and the room was clean. Good quality products in the bathroom. It is a tranquil place, easy check-in/out, I recommend it for a stop in the Westfjords. Thank you!

Tub, practical easiness, cleanliness, nearby outdoor hot swimming pool, hot springs, sorcerers shed. We did not have time, but there are several thermal tubs near the sea (maintained with some facilities for a fee and also some others for free where you are on your own).

The holiday home has a picnic area and a hot tub. This was an exceptionally beautiful spot to find! I felt like it was a special opportunity to see the nature of a lava field, right next to a crater! We watched the sunset from the hot tub and slept so comfortably. It was great for my teens, who each had their own room after a week of much time together! We loved the photos on the walls. The house seems secluded, but is close to the road (but you can’t hear cars) and convenient to many locations. I would live here! Many thanks for the stay.

Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. Comfortable, clean and beautiful view. We loved that the hot tub was ready for us when we arrived! Just stay one night but wish I stayed longer.
