The best accommodation we had on Iceland. Everything was perfect, very modern cottage! And private hot tub was the best after long days of driving. Wonderful cottages, equipped with everything you might need to relax and enjoy dinner in a super nice environment. Hot tube was fantastic, cottages are spread far from each other; the views are unbelievable, a little paradise in the nature. The owners were super nice to give us a second cottage at a friendly price because the 2 bed room one was allready booked. On top, they allowed us to stay till 4PM as we had an unforeseen issue with out car. We will certainly come back!

A casa estava rodeada de neve, mas o caminho e acessos tinham sido bem limpos, e o espaço era muito agradável, com grandes janelas na sala e cozinha e vistas fabulosas para as montanhas. O jacuzzi é enorme e estava bem quente, alimentado por águas naturais da região. Assistir ao por do sol no mesmo, rodeados de neve e com temperaturas bem baixas no exterior foi uma experiência inesquecível e um dos pontos altos da viagem. A localização isolada é perfeita para ver as auroras, foi um final de noite extraordinário!

Oferecendo fontes termais naturais, WiFi gratuito e um restaurante no local, este hotel-fazenda rural fica nos selvagens Westfjords da Islândia. A vila de Súdavík fica a 1 hora de carro. The accomodation is located in a farm, basically in the middle of nowhere, but it's totally worth taking the long journey in the Westfjords to get to this place. It has a very unique feeling, you are in the nature. I arrived very late, around midnight, but communication with the hotel staff and then self check in was very easy. After arrival I jumped into the hot pool (which is available 24/7), they have both outdoor and indoor pools (in an amazing palm house). Breakfast was divine with a lot of local produce, it's definitely worth the additional 2000 ISK that I had to pay for that. It's a place where I definitely have to return one day.

Out of 30+ places we’ve stayed in Iceland, this is by far the cleanest. Every detail is thought through for guests’ comfort — from a remote thermometer showing the jacuzzi temperature to laundry detergent provided. The house feels brand new with high-quality appliances, and the location offers an amazing view. For this price, it’s simply the best option in the Westfjords!
