Each cabin has a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area. Guests can relax in the lounge with the TV, or outside in the private hot tub. We liked that cabin. There was everything to cook in the kitchen, good bed and bathroom. Also, we love the hot tube. It was very relaxing after a long flight.

The family-run Guesthouse 1x6 is in the old part of Keflavík, a 7-minute drive from Keflavik International Airport and a 20-minute drive from the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa. It offers free WiFi and its own geothermal hot pool.

The garden's relaxing thermal bath is made from washed-up ocean stones. Yuki and Andi were extra nice, even even let us stay in the pool well beyond curfew :) The decoration is very creative, it adds to the homey ambiance of the place.

The spacious homestay comes with a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette has a microwave, a toaster and a fridge and there is a private bathroom with bathrobes and slippers. The property has an outdoor dining area. The stay was perfect. Magdalena and her family have put a lot of care in the studio and you can see it in many details. The hot tub was an added plus and the sea view is amazing. The room was a little on the small side but very well kept and clean, looks just like the picture.. The room is also quite a way from all main attractions, it’s about a 45 min to an hour drive to downtown and most things..

Spacious house with all amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. Just a few steps away from the sea with a nice view. Main road is close by. To Reykjavik it is approximately half an hour drive.
