The whole experience in this resort was wonderful. We had a great time staying here. The service was amazing and the staff were exceptionally nice. The resort is located in a very quiet area away from the mad rush of Munnar Town which was amazing. The food was also great from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating with all our requests. If you would like a getaway for a few days with your loved ones in Munnar, I would highly recommend this place.

El sitio es muy bonito, las vistas impresionantes. Excelente si quieres un ambiente tranquilo. Personal muy amable y atento. En general la estancia ha sido genial. Todo está muy limpio y cuidado, tanto las zonas comunes como las habitaciones.

From the facilities to the staff - everything was pure perfection. **Advise to all of the travellers; if you want to have a boat trip on the black waters of Kerala, I would recommend to do it from this location instead of Alappuzha (Ameya resort can arrange that for you). We took boat trips in both locations, and it was much less crowded and the views were more spectacular from this side of the Vembanad lake.
