Everything, the facilities are great, the staff are super friendly and accommodating and the food is delicious. I had a sound healing there and it was next level, just when I thought couldn’t get more relaxed, I did, felt like I was floating.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking hotel features a hot tub and entertainment staff. It was super clean, comfortable and in a great location to go snorkeling right off the beach. Breakfast was also good, not big, but tasty.

An unparalleled beach front sanctuary boasting a wonderful outdoor pool and poolside cocktail bar with beach views as well as fitness center and spa. Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens is set on a white-sand beach along the Bali Sea, this trendy, upmarket resort is 25 km from Tibu Ijo Waterfall and 60 km from Lombok International Airport. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving Italian, French, Asian, and International cuisine. Guests can make use of the terrace overlooking the garden or have a soak at the hot tub. Free WiFi is provided. Seven Secrets really exceeded our expectations. The location is great; it's tucked away at the end of a beautiful bay with white sandy beach and palm trees all around. The resort is small and intimate but provides all the facilities and services of larger resorts. The large infinity swimming pool overlooks the beach and there's plenty of day beds and shade, as there is along the front of the beach. The free 15 minute welcome massage was excellent and the spa facilities are top class, as is the gym. Breakfast is included and it's sumptuous. We ate at the resort every night of the seven we there and didn't nearly get through all the items of the menu. On the first night they told us that if there was something not on the menu to just tell them and they would arrange for the chef to make it. There's a good range of local, Asian and Western food and plenty of vegetarian options. The grilled seafood platter was a highlight. And then there's the cocktails...delicious, but be warned, they are strong! There's plenty of space to sit along the beachfront and watch the amazing sunsets across the water over Bali. The resort is owned by an architect and it shows. The design is gorgeous, paying a lot of attention to detail, taking the natural environment into account and making great use of the space. The rooms are huge and have big balconies with their own jacuzzi. The indoor/outdoor showers are some of the best I've ever seen. Comfortable beds and excellent stereo speakers for music. But I've saved the best for last - the staff. Gardeners, house-keeping, spa attendants, security, reception, food and beverage staff, and management were all top notch. They were friendly, professional and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. There were so many little touches and we really felt sad to leave. The location and facilities make it hard to criticise this resort, but the staff make it impossible :) Thanks everyone!

Featuring a terrace, all units are air conditioned and feature a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Some units have a balcony and/or a patio with pool or garden views. Each villa offers an oversized and overflow swimming pool in a private garden, with a living and dining area where you can enjoy buffet breakfast or romantic dinner. Our stay at White Key Villas was nothing short of perfect. Initially, we booked five nights in Villa 2 (one-bedroom with private pool), but we quickly extended our stay. Since Villa 2 was booked, the wonderful staff offered us Villa 1 (two-bedroom with private pool), which was no problem at all. During our extended stay, we decided to extend once more, moving to Villa 3 (one-bedroom with lagoon pool). Ultimately, our 5-night stay turned into a 15-night vacation. Each villa is unique and amazing in its own way. Villa 1, closest to the front desk, offers two bedrooms, providing a choice of the best one. Villa 2, centrally located, has one bedroom and felt the most private to us, and it has a perfect spot for massages. Villa 3, situated at the back, boasts a larger pool and garden, along with a lovely pagoda for massages. All villas feature beautiful pools and jacuzzis, and everything was always impeccably clean. The gardens were beautifully maintained, the villa decor was great, and the bathrooms were perfect. Why did we triple our stay? Beyond the villas, White Key Villas offers fantastic amenities. Guests can use the best bikes on the island for free, enjoy a delicious breakfast selection every morning, and savor complimentary coffee with snacks between 4 and 6 PM. However, the biggest reason for our extended stay was the exceptional staff. Even compared to other villas in Bali, they stood out for their readiness, helpfulness, and warmth, making our stay truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to return to White Key Villas!

This is a very nice hotel, I stayed in a big villa - I liked everything very much, great staff - helpful and providing the best service.

Staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and good food. Coffee was a highlight! Really nice to be able to talk to the owner about the resort.
