This is a beautiful old world hotel, with fantastic vintage furniture in beautiful and huge rooms with lovely decor and with all mod cons, and is situated bang in the middle of Surabaya. Checkin is swift and easy, and the staff are well trained and courteous. This is by no means the cheapest high end place in Surabaya but, without a doubt, it is the best value for what you get. And it is the most historical, interesting and the best located hotel. Surabaya doesn't really have more than a weekend's worth of attractions, but this hotel is a major attraction itself, and is a short walk to all the other attractions that Surabaya has to offer. Not only that, it is strategically located near a large Mall, with great shopping, ATMs, and food options. The hotel also has a great bar for socialising.

This place was a dream! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, homely, and the view was stunningly beautiful. It was furnished with a comfortable electronic reclining sofa, a massive Samsung Smart TV, it had a watercooler which also dispensed boiling hot water, the huge fridge freezer, multiple toilets and bathrooms, and washing facilities so yoi can wash your clothes and hang them on the balcony to dry which was great for us with 3 kids. Honestly amazing experience and would stay again tomorrow if we could. The staff were polite and helpful. And the host was very communicative and responsive which was nice as we had a couple of questions during our stay. Thank you for accommodating us.

Ubicado en Surabaya, a 19 minutos a pie de Sharp Bamboo Monument, Platinum Hotel Tunjungan Surabaya tiene hospedaje con bicis gratuitas, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, una alberca al aire libre... El personal nos facilitó la habitación una hora antes del check-in, esperamos en una sala con wifi. La habitación era amplia y cómoda. El skybar con música en directo precioso.
