The rooms were clean, modern, and beautifully decorated – we even had a lovely attic-style room, which felt cozy and unique. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent – great variety, tasty options, and a really nice atmosphere in the dining area. Perfect location for a peaceful getaway in nature. I would definitely come back again. Thank you for a great experience!

We stayed at Csenger Vendégházak from July 16th to 18th, 2025, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property was beautifully maintained, cozy, and full of charm. The location was excellent—peaceful, yet close to nearby attractions. Our host, Mr. Chris, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit, and his warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend Csenger Vendégházak to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. I’d love to return someday!

The 4-star Avar Hotel was built in 2020 and it is located at the foot of the Mátra mountain. It offers garden, wellness center, 24-hour front desk, room service and luggage storage. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very attentive. Location perfect for us.

Establecido en Mátraszentimre, Selfness Hotel Vadvirág Mátraszentimre ofrece un bar. I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding
