Some cottages also include a wood burning stove. Some properties boast a private hot tub and a sauna. Beautiful place. Accomodation had everything we needed. I wish we had stayed longer.

Knipoch now has a Hot Tub Staff were incredibly friendly - especially the women who checked us out. We brought a large dog and they were very accommodating towards us. Such spacious rooms with the most amazing beds! Would definitely stay here again :)

Excellent facilities, was greeted by Samuel and was very polite and welcoming

The holiday home consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. House was extraordinarily cute with an amazing view. All the info was very easily laid out and the house was super clean. The wood stove was all set up for us upon arrival and worked very well. Hot tub was incredible after a long day of hiking in the Cairmgorns and was very easy to use singlehandedly. Kitchen was well stocked.

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Very nice house. Enough space for a group of 7. Two bathrooms with showers helpd alot with a group. Rooms and bed very modern. Would reconand any time.
