I was given a complimentary upgrade which was such a unexpected surprise.

Washington House Hotel offers boutique accommodation in a Grade-II-listed Victorian Villa in central Bournemouth. It has free parking and is 5 minutes' walk from the beach and pier.

We have large, attractive rooms which all have TVs, free Wifi, a hospitality tray including biscuits and water. Due to such low demand we are no longer serving breakfast at the hotel. The whole property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious, with big windows, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Toiletries provided, water, coffee, tea refilled every day. Although it was fully booked, it was quiet and couldn’t hear any disturbing noises from other guests. Also, the garden is just beautiful! The check in was very smooth and easy and was able to check in a bit earlier. The property is in a good location if you want to enjoy the beach and go for a walk in town as well. Everything is within short walking distance.

The Bowood Hotel, Spa, and Golf Resort features a luxury spa with superb facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, rock sauna, crystal steam room, aromatherapy shower, relaxation room and treatment rooms. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel nestled in beautiful natural surroundings. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was very delicious.

The 5-star Grand Hotel offers stylish rooms. Set in the iconic Grade II listed former railway headquarters, it has bedrooms that feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, bathrobes, slippers, Molton Brown toiletries and an evening turn down service. Exceeded my expectations. Everything was great.

The hotel has some of the best on-site facilities in the area, half of the rooms with hot tubs on private balconies, an on-site spa with poolside seating and a bar, stylish restaurant and cocktail bar, bike hire, wakesurfing and paddleboading. 10 out of 10. The whole experience was fantastic especially since it was our Honeymoon we couldn't have asked for a better stay. I mentioned when booking for a jug of dairy free milk, which we received in the room but also in a fridge which from my understanding not all rooms come with, again this was going above the call of duty. The room was amazing and cleaned to perfection. We ordered room service which again was second to none and when we dined at the on site restaurant again absolutely fantastic. We've already suggested that we will be coming back next year for our first anniversary.
