We were a group of 4 cyclists, cycling across Valencia region. Esther booked dinner for us at bar El Cordobes, which is basic on the inside but the food was some of the best we had all week. Very well cooked steaks and tapas and well priced wines.

The water jet bath in the room a great way to relax after coming back from one of the many hiking trails that criss-cross the Ademuz province. If we ever found ourselves back in Ademuz Ana's place would be our choice every time.
