When we first arrived at the hotel, and ate the food we had a bit problem with the spices, as we are used to other tastes, we told the staff and they called the manager of the restaurant, Samir Mostafa. He was so helpful, and such a nice gentleman, he made special dinners for us and really made the stay so pleasent for us. If anything goes wrong ask for this man, he will do anything he can to help. We also came too early to the hotel, but the receptionist, ziad, made an early check for us, we were first due to 14:00 o clock, but we already got the bungalow 08:00 o clock. The last day as we checked out, the manager told us we could still use the facilities and the eat at the restaurant until our fly were due. They were so nice and the room were cleaned daily. It was our honeymoon so they tried to make the stay more special by sending invitation to a romantic and making the room more romantic for us by using rose petals. We really recommend this place as u get good valuta for the money.
