The tours they arranged were well-organized and added so much to our experience. We really enjoyed dinner: specially the meat was amazing! Whenever a minor issue arose, it was addressed immediately. Abdul was incredibly proactive and solution-oriented, which made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our time there. I absolutely loved the magical moments of stargazing at midnight from the hot spring within the lodge. The night sky was simply out of this world (literally), with shooting stars making a spectacular show. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, particularly Lamia, the owner who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The local staff Khaled, Domom, Mohamed were very kind, generous and attentive. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was a delightful with fresh local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the traditional siwan tea. The morning meal was served in a peaceful setting within a big dom, quite the place. The location of the ecolodge provided a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. I totally recommend, and definitely will love to visit again.
