The complex is located at the very end of the road so there is no passing traffic. There is easy access across the Nile from below the hotel. The gorge at this point is very steep but transport is provided to the ferry point by the hotel.

The host was extremely warm and patient. We had an issue with the payment as they didn't have machine to accept card and we didn't have cash. He was patient with us to work out situation through bank transfer. Staff is very nice and considerate. They packed us a breakfast bag since we had a tour at 4 am in morning!
