We stayed 5 nights in March 2024 in room 131 which is a double room with a king bed with a Nile view. This is one of the best hotels where we have stayed. The layout of the hotel is beautiful and the Nile can be seen from most of the hotel. We used the spa, which is beautiful, and we loved the time by the Nile. The staff were wonderful, from the reception to the restaurants to the spa. We were treated like a king and queen, everyone was so attentive to our needs Thank you so much !!! We would love to come back.

Our visit to Luxor coincided with our wedding anniversary and the Steigenberger made us feel very special by upgrading our room. They even left a special surprise in our room with a “Happy Anniversary” sign and handmade love-heart on our bed!! So special. It seemed that the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was eggsellent (!!) and the poolside bar service T sunset was perfect. Very friendly staff, the management is perfect. The room and the all boat is very clean. I can only recomnend.

The location is perfect if you wish to stay at a quiet area in Luxor where you can safely walk in the nature or at the bank of the Nile. They also have a bio garden where they grow the veges for the meals. I recommend this hotel from my heart.

Pool area and garden is our favourite. The staff of the property are so nice and helpful. They have organised all our tours in Luxor, they gave us a brand new car and a brand new boat for our tours. Restaurant of the property is serves delirious meals. From the start to finish our tour and stay at the property was flawlessly perfect. The property staff went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect.

The food was delicious (thanks for showing me how to make Egyptian rice btw), and breakfirst was plenty that I ended up skipping lunch 😂 Mohamed was always smiling, and Hamdi was super helpful with everything. I also joined a tour with Hamdi, and it was definitely a highlight of my trip, he knows so much and makes it really fun and interesting. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.

The staff were amazing - John the managers was brilliant the restaurant manager was fantastic and the two cabin attendants were so excited about their nightly towel art that they stayed to watch your reaction. Guests can also relax in the garden. Mahmoud and brother were amazing and very very hospitable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with an array of food and a very good breakfast in the morning. Mahmoud was very kind and went above and beyond for us. The views are absolutely stunning and I suggest waking up early in the morning to view the hot air balloons over the valley of the kings. Mahmoud kindly let us check out late as we had a flight to catch, I would highly recommend staying here. Room and facilities very neat and tidy. Pool was amazing to enjoy on a hot day. 100/100.
