The staff are extremely friendly and always have a smile on their faces, which made a huge difference. The chefs (especially Alaa Henedak) and the waiters at Alfredo were exceptionally attentive, remembering our names and even our favorite drinks – a special touch that made our stay unforgettable. Security officer Mohamed Ahmed was an absolute gem, taking care of us with so much care and kindness every step of the way, especially during our excursions. We felt 100% safe at all times. A special highlight goes to Haitham, who made our experience truly one of a kind. He went above and beyond to make sure our first wedding anniversary was perfect, paying attention to every detail. He constantly checked in to see if we were okay and even sent messages to wish us a good day. His care and dedication were remarkable! Without a doubt, we’ll be back.

Ubicado en Hurghada, a 41 km de Hurghada Grand Aquarium, Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma tiene hospedaje con una alberca al aire libre, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, un gimnasio y un jardín. Todo estuvo excelente, solo tener cuidado con la empresa de deportes acuáticos que recomiendan ( kbc o similar) está lejos del hotel y en una zona llena de corales y cosas peligrosas para deportes acuáticos. Hacia el otro lado hay una más cerca, mucho más económica y en una ubicación más segura sin obstáculos.

My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights in November in the Makadi Spa Hotel. The location, the food, the entertainment and the whole resort area was simply amazing. But what I really have to mention here is the exceptional friendly and helpful hotel employees! We felt welcomed and helped and supported all the time. Special thanks to Hana especially who also helped us all the time during our stay. He also supported us and gave us good advices for our trip to Cairo later on! I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Ofrece una piscina climatizada al aire libre y 2 restaurantes. it was perfect holiday. we were 5 rooms all of us were happy and were served professionally by hotel staff. special thanks for Mr Rahim for his help, support and his daily follow up about the Holiday. he did a very good job. also, special thanks for Mahmoud the beach bar man. he was always around us asking for more drinks. Featuring a free private beach area, SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select-Grand Select- is a 5-star resort in Hurghada that provides luxurious accommodation. Every thing there was perfect, and the credit is to Hager great assistance from her at any time, what ever we needed we got in few minutes, my son got injured and they took him to the clinic and doctor treated him within few minutes, it was really good experience there
