I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I’d like to highlight the exceptional staff behavior. Everyone was cooperative, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Eliwa, who hosted us with utmost professionalism. He made us feel like we were receiving special treatment, even though he extends the same care to every guest. I’d also like to thank Hashem, the bartender at the relaxation pool, and Mohamed, the pasta chef, for their exceptional service. Mohamed’s work was filled with passion, love, and joy, which made our dining experience truly delightful. Unlike reviews I’ve read about other hotels and resorts in the region, we experienced no form of discrimination, especially against Egyptians. The treatment was equally excellent for all guests, regardless of nationality, which was very refreshing. The drinks were moderate in quality, but the outstanding staff attitude more than compensated for this. The rooms were impeccably clean. However, the side sea view wasn’t ideal for us, and we would prefer a pool view for our next visit. The variety of food was outstanding. I’ve never encountered such an extensive selection as I did at Steigenberger Soma Bay. The taste was diverse, blending local cuisines with international favorites, which truly enhanced the dining experience.

An amazing hotel, super clean, modern and beautiful. All staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The food was nice and i cant recommend it enough. A must is an oriental massage - it was soooo good. We also dived with the Coraya Dive Centre which is on the hotel!

The staff are very nice, very friendly and the best customer service ever! They always smile and ask if we need anything. All inclusive food and drink at the hotel is super nice especially by the pool. Food is super! If you get sick, do not worry, the hotel provides medical care as well.

This resort offers an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa. The hotel has 2 main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants: Turkish, Asian, Italian (opening subject to operation needs & seasonality). In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. Management, Aquapark(needs renovation), staff is so friendly and professional. An overall excellent experience... will recommend.

Great foods, smiling personel all way around. Great facilities and an amazing laundry service. Bring your unwashed wardrobe from home, give it to the personel at your door before 9 am and have it returned at 16:00.

All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. The staff is super attentive, the food is varied and very good, the whole hotel is very clean. There is lots of swimming options - the ocean is right there accessible from the hotel and there are multiple pool areas. The hotel offers a different evening program every evening and has plenty of areas to lounge and enjoy a drink and a shisha. Our hotel room was very large and clean. We even received a special gift from the hotel where they decorated our bed and brought us fruit to our room. Also, for divers, there is the Orca Dive Club right on-site with lots of possibilities to learn how to dive and / or to explore the house reef and / or multiple other dive sights via boat trips. Shout out also to the awesome diving instructors and guides at the Dive Club. Awesome team!

Diving and snorkelling facilities are provided for a fee. You can enjoy a sauna, hot tub or Turkish steam bath, or take a dip in the lagoon-shaped outdoor pool. You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. Special thanks go to Butler Mina — his professionalism and love for his work made our stay truly comfortable. He is always ready to assist and resolve any issue, which is greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!
