The breakfast offering is ample and excellent. The customer service is superb and the hotel room clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The sea view balcony was a bonus. This hotel surprised us for several reasons: breakfast with a good variety and some typical Estonian items; The room was comfortable, with an incredible view, modern, great space, and the bathtub was an amazing plus to relax after long walks; The rooftop pool impressed us, it was heated, covered, and had jets for massaging, as well as clean towels at will. A special touch: at the hotel reception, they provided delicious Estonian chocolates for guests! Before the trip: we contacted the hotel through chat and asked if our room category could have the possibility of having a bathtub. They promptly replied that they would do their best to accommodate us, and they were incredible! This made our trip much more magical and special because of how they took care of us at this hotel! Arrival: We arrived by ship in the morning, and yet the reception staff allowed us to check in earlier, right upon our arrival. It was incredible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. And would stay here again! Location: It's located in front of a shopping mall and a market. It's about a 20-minute walk from the ship port and about an 8-minute walk to the old town.

All non-smoking air-conditioned rooms at the Schlossle are bright and decorated with high-quality fabrics and features. There is a bathroom with Balmain toiletries, slippers and bathrobes in each room. Guests benefit from a breakfast and usage of sauna included in the room rate. There was no noise from the street at all (mid-July), yet the location is very central. The staff and the service were lovely. We appreciated the turndown service and the kids' extras (teddy bear, mini bathrobe, nice coulourings..). You can book the hotel's family-size sauna, free of charge.

Each unit includes a shared bathroom, while certain rooms are fitted with a balcony and others also boast a inner courtyard view. At the campground, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. The host was very nice and understandaing even when we were late to reach the property due to the unforseen circumstances (massive thanks to her) it was very easy to communicate with them and the cottage house was just a stone throw away from the beach with amazing sunset views. The common area was equipped with all the needed things for lunch, coffe was available on location and the terrase witha sea view was very quite and spacious.

The beach is beautiful. Great restaurants on ground floor. The breakfast food provided was beyond just breakfast. The host really thought of everything to make us comfortable.
