The on-site Ni'Mat Spa has a sauna, hot tub and relaxation area. The location is perfect. Walking distance to metro station and just beside the lake, perfect view and neighbourhood. The hotel is big and nice decorated. Staff were really nice, helping me for book a taxi and late check in. The room is spacious and clen. We've got everything we need inside. It is quite hot when closing the windows to sleep at night, even it is around 20 to 25 degrees outside. Hotel provides fans in.the room, which is very thoughtful.

The accommodation offers a kids' club, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Lovely and wonderful trip with family to Oslo. The cabin was really amazing. Cozy and everything is there just like a hotel room. In addition lot of entertainment for kids. Highly recommend this trip for first time traveller to Oslo. Never forgettable experience.

Loved our stay aboard the DFDS ferry to Oslo, what a great way to avoid another plane trip and get to your next destination while you sleep! The boat had lots of amenities and the Commodore room with sea view was great. The included buffet breakfast was excellent.

The lobby spaces were very cozy and well-designed.

Extras include free toiletries and a hairdryer. Great value for money. Got no complaints and everything was as it should have been or better. Highly reccomened if you want value for your money.

I want to admit a wonderful staff of the reception always smiling and ready to help. I also want to admit an excellent location of the place that you do not mention on your site. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the ferry station wich brings you to the centre and makes it possible to admire the beauty of the city from water. We hope to come to Copenhagen once more and stay in this hotel

The hotel is very close to Central Station and Tivoli, which makes it really centric. The installations are really cool, they have a big game room where you have tons of board games and books, and for the families there’s a small jamboree for kids to play while their parents can sit for a bit and enjoy a relaxing cup of whatever they want. Breakfast is very complete, it has lots of fruit, kids cereal, tea, and coffee never end, biscuits, sweats, toast, and whatever you can think of. The staff is wonderfully helpful and nice. One of the best customer service I have ever had.
