It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

Excellent quality of services whether on the hotel side (quality of food, facilities, housekeeping ..) or the medical side and special thanks for Dr Elena for her perfect consultation, care and best treatment also Michaela at infusion she is very professional and well mannered. Over all I had a perfect stay I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat next April

O hotel é maravilhoso e numa localização excepcional. O quarto é grande e bem decorado, o spa é perfeito. O café Pupp tem ótimos doces.O jantar foi delicioso. Everything. we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel
