We were genuinely and pleasantly surprised by this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself and felt truly cared for by the entire team throughout our stay. The property is beautiful – spacious, rustic in the best possible way, and maintained to an impressively high standard for this region. What stood out most was the discreet and attentive staff: always present when needed, without ever being intrusive. You can feel they genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. All tours were organized directly through the hotel – smoothly, reliably, and tailored to our preferences. Transportation was also fully taken care of, which made everything stress-free. The meals were freshly prepared with care and love – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The pool was a great spot to relax after our adventures in the jungle. No request was ever turned down – we truly felt at home. One thing is certain: the next time we return to the Amazon, we will stay here again!

O Hotel Amazon está localizado no coração de Leticia, a poucos minutos do Rio Amazonas, na fronteira entre a Colômbia, o Peru e o Brasil. Amazing breakfast, super nice staff, great bungalow, amazing nice garden… an oasis in leticia. We felt like at home, the lady in charge is incredibly nice and dedicated, she does everything to make you feel well. The jugos are magic, and food in general. Breakfast to remember :-). If you want a colourful note: birds from parque Santander leave the park very early (5:30), which is noticeable all over Leticia :-). It is very good to have early plans anyway in the area.
