It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

A small suggestion: adding more Western options would suit international guests better. The healing activities (listed in English!) like meditation were pleasant. Location-wise, it’s convenient—easy taxis, parking, close to temples and pandas. The only tiny wish? The pool could be a bit larger, but it didn’t take away from our nice stay. We’d likely return.​

The hotel also helped us arrange a driver from Lijiang to Lugu Lake, and told us that it would be cheaper to take a bus. The breakfast made by the boss was also very rich. It was a very pleasant vacation for me.

I had initially thought that a hotel of this standard would be pricey, but the cost-performance ratio here was beyond my expectations. In other places, a similar hotel would easily cost more than I expected, but here I was able to enjoy the same luxury and comfort at a very reasonable price. It was truly worth every penny! This trip completely fulfilled my vision of a perfect vacation — beautiful scenery, comfortable stay, great service, and excellent value. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!
