Location is perfect and it is the cleanest place I have ever lived in!

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel; both times to celebrate the anniversary with my girlfriend. I informed the staff about the occasion after the booking so that we could have a little decoration in the room. I booked a room with view on the Pearl Tower, but we received a free upgrade to a suite with an amazing view on the the Pearl Tower and the river, and we were offered an additional bottle of wine and some cake! The staff was amazing; and the pool with the view on Lujiazui alone is worth the price. Excellent and rich breakfast. Honestly, could not ask for more! I wish to thank once again the staff for helping making this (again) an unforgettable night! Simply perfect

Unique to the hotel, the 12th floor is reserved for female guests; each room on this level is equipped with special amenities and a Dyson Supersonic™ blow-dryer, and the Madam Li Lounge is a haven of high-quality hospitality for discerning female travelers. - The hotel is tucked away from the roads and city center, making it quieter and more pleasant, but still convenient to get around anywhere. - The staff were friendly and ready to assist at any time. They were also able to communicate in several languages and help with bookings on apps. - We stayed on the Madam Li floor and the room was pristine and spacious. They also have a private lounge on that floor with drinks and a rest area. - The amenities were also outstanding. We had a late return flight and had complimentary access to their fitness center after checking out so that we could freshen up and rest in a private room.
