Nosso quarto foi muito confortável e silencioso: cama gostosa, lençóis limpos, chuveiro generoso e gostoso, quarto limpinho e sem nenhum odor de cigarro. O café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel nos economizou enorme tempo e permitiu chegarmos cedo nos lugares em que planejamos ir. Foi diverso, generoso e super saudável. A equipe nos ajudou a realizar as reservas que precisávamos fazer uma vez que não tínhamos we-chat, foram imprescindíveis e super atenciosos e disponíveis. Nós certamente ficaremos no hotel se retornarmos a Zhangjiajie. O hotel é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso a todos os lugares que planejamos ir – foi uma escolha muito acertada no âmbito do nosso planejamento. We got picked up by the host at the station and from there we got really treated awesome by this wonderful family. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! Rooms and facilities were clean, modern and spacious. Pool was also really clean. I can really recommend this Home Stay as this was a great experience!!! Perfect view on the mountains and heavens gate.

Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park oferece uma série de comodidades, incluindo lounge compartilhado, terraço e bar em Zhangjiajie. We really liked this hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.

Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiling faces. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Highly recommend.

Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian & Tianmen National Forest Park Store tem jardim, lounge compartilhado, terraço e restaurante em Zhangjiajie. The hotel manager was absolutely wonderful and helped us a lot during our stay. She even went the extra mile by buying our tickets to the parks for us and giving us very useful tourist advice and recommendations. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet — her warm attitude really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and we felt very well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a personal touch.

The location is perfect and right in the center, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions and shopping areas. A special thank you to one staff member in particular, David. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. It's clear he takes great pride in he work and cares about the guests. He is a true asset to your team!
