The accommodation offers a hot tub. We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

It’s such a great location. It’s close to the Main Street where there’s lots of food options and shopping. It’s right by the river walk which is so nice. It’s a 15min walk to zhangjiajie national park entrance! Lastly, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. She customized our stay by recommending an itinerary on our arrival based on our duration of stay. Very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

Each room features different room themes and mountain or garden views.

Every guest room comes with air conditioning and is fitted with an electric kettle and a dining area with dining table. The private bathroom has shower facilities, free toiletries and hairdryer. Wonderful facilities with lots of character and great views. Frankie and the whole staff really went out of their way to help us plan our local activities in the national park and the restaurant makes amazing dinner and breakfast. Was also very quiet, which we appreciated after lots of time in various cities. Would absolutely stay again :)

They have a professional English-speaking customer service team that assists with communication, and it was very convenient to contact them via WhatsApp. They answered many of my questions about Zhangjiajie. A driver and car were arranged to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and they also provided complimentary rides to the ticket office—even though it was just a few minutes' walk.
