Spacious and bright, all guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary décor. They all include a washing machine, ironing facilities and an iPod docking station. Microwave, fridge, stove and kitchenware can be found in the well-decorated kitchen. Location perfect and Room spacious and clean, with all amenities we required. Staff were friendly and was no problem to help us book train tickets, etc. English also very good. We have stayed here before and returning again next month and no reason to stay anywhere else. Breakfast was good, with many oriental options, sometimes labelled in English, and at other times not, but altogether navigable. The buffet options were great. The minibar was stocked and replenished daily with non-alcoholic beverages, and bottled water was in constant supply in the rooms. The cleaning is of a particularly high standard.

Amazing staff. One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind.
