At the hotel, every room is fitted with a wardrobe. All units at UMA Hotel are equipped with a private bathroom and bed linen. The rooms smell divine because of the essential oils they use. The bed is very comfortable and we were so happy with the heating in the room since it was freezing cold during the night. The owner was very kind, informed us of all the activities we could do in the surrounding area. Breakfast was great, with diverse local products, everything fresh. The outdoor kitchen was also fantastic, we could cook our dinner in the evening there. All in all, we had a super pleasant stay and can recommend this hotel to anyone.

The cottage is really well designed with everything you need, and is tucked away in a beautiful corner among lots of trees and next to a vineyard. The hot tub is definitely worth doing - the sky gets super dark and it’s right under the Milky Way! Michael was also super attentive as a host and gave us great suggestions both for our trip in Elqui valley and for future travels.
