Mi experiencia en este hotel fue simplemente excelente. Desde el momento en que llegué, la atención del personal fue amable y profesional, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, con una limpieza sobresaliente en todas las áreas. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable, permitiendo un acceso fácil a los principales atractivos de la zona. Sin duda, una estadía perfecta que superó mis expectativas. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

If you want to stay in the heart of the Elqui Valley and be nearly as remote as one can be while still having incredible WiFi - this is the spot! We spent one night here but should have booked more. The only tricky piece about this spot is getting here off the main road. While it isn’t a far distance you really should have 4WD. The road is tight and severe switchbacks. You also need to bring in food with you especially if you don’t have a car. Each unit is exquisitely designed to allow you to cook dinners indoors or out with a regular sized fridge and freezer to boot. To say this place is magical might be a vast understatement. We spent the late afternoon hiking up to the scenic lookout (although each unit has its own incredible views and privacy for late nights in the hot tub). We spent the next 2 hours by the pool which given how hot it is actually had cool water for swimming and lovely shaded lounge chairs. We brought in drinks and a pizza with us for our evening and it was perfect. We turned off all the lights and just sat outside watching the moon rise over the mountains as the sunset. After we spent hours soaking in the hotel tub watching more stars appear in the sky. Just magical! The interior is well appointed too with great bedding, linens, towels and vegan shower products that smelled and felt like luxury after having traveled for so long. For breakfast the following morning, we were brought a delicious selection of fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, croissants, cheese and more! Each unit it also outfitted with a tea pot, tea, a moka coffee maker and ground coffee! If we ever have the chance to come back to the Elqui Valley we will 1000% book this spot again! Also - be sure when in the area to book the 3 hours tour and wine tasting at vinedos de alcohauz! The guide essentially gave us the entire history of the area from different stops along the tour that changes in elevation 5 times! The vineyard is magnificent.

A nice separate house with a/c.It was centrally located so we could go visit Vicuńa and Elqui Valley without staying in a crowded area.Garden full of interesting fruit trees and floweringg plants.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The facilities were great, the breakfast was fabulous, and the team was incredibly welcoming. They gave really good advice on what to do in the area, which made my short stay even more enjoyable. Everything just felt right—warm, easy, and comfortable. Would definitely return!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, consistently ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The atmosphere of the place exuded a tranquil vibe, making our brief visit immensely enjoyable. The spa and massage services were also noteworthy, adding an extra layer of relaxation the experience. We couldn't help but wish for a few extra days to fully savor both the calming ambiance and the excellent wellness offerings.

El Departamento Jardin del Mar La Serena ofrece un apartamento independiente en La Serena y cuenta con piscina al aire libre y centro de spa y bienestar. This apartment was the perfect respite for my family of five for a couple of nights during a long travel. Everything you need is inside, the kitchen appointed with everything you’d need, water pressure and temperature in showers excellent. The main bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows top notch, and lots of good comforters as it gets quite cool in the evening. The balcony was a second living space the entire time we were there, we kept the doors open almost always to catch the gorgeous sea breeze and listen to the waves. Extremely walkable, just cross the street and go right for plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Perfect little 1 hour walk to the lighthouse to get your bearings. Very secure, and the security guards at the front got to know us really quickly which made it easy to come and go. Laying out by the pool was perfect in the late afternoon, the pool, grounds and common areas are immaculately kept. The host even accommodated a late checkout at very last minute notice so we wouldn’t have to loiter around the bus stop longer than required and answered messages almost immediately and was very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

El Hotel El Milagro se encuentra en una de las primeras casas patrimoniales de la zona, construida alrededor de 1910. Beautiful location , near to centre. Great pool and very stylish and comfortable room . Lovely staff. Fantastic cycling from here and a great bike hire place in the centre of town . Lots of river swimming if your prepared to cycle .
