Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Super limpo e funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Dos funcionários da recepção até os do restaurante foram muito prestativos. Zadora, Pedro e Dani foram excepcionalmente gentis (foram os funcionários com quem mais encontramos e conversamos no hotel)

What can be more beautiful than drinking your coffee with such amazing views? Every detail, from the service to the serene surroundings, made this a truly unforgettable getaway. O Hotel Caprice tem localização tranquila, mas bem central, no vilarejo da montanha de Grindelwald, no Oberland Bernês, e oferece vista impressionante das montanhas. I love Everything! I love Hotel Caprice. The location is perfect, near the train station but you won’t feel it too close since it is higher. Lovely views! Very cozy anywhere you go in the property! Regula and Alex (the owners) run the place perfectly and are very accommodating. Alex’s photography is amazing! Wanted to go for a Milky Way photo session but the current conditions didn’t allow us to. Everything is personalized. You know that the owners are very passionate in running the place. Daily newsletters with weather, tips, sightseeing, tours and all, are available in breakfast. Staff are very accommodating and attentive to your needs. We felt the warmth and passion poured into this place. Will definitely book here again.
