Free WiFi access is provided in public areas. We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

The hotel is beautiful and its very convenient to travel to the town center because the bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. The location was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was delightful. Most of all, we loved the beautiful tennis court — such a unique highlight! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back if we visit Adelboden again in the future.

Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
