The hotel is fairly new. The lobby decoration is very pretty. Though the room is small but very cosy and clean. I enjoyed spending my time at the room balcony. The bathroom amenities are by Thann. Very good toiletries choice.

I would rate it 11 if I could. A spacious villa uphill in the quiet countryside of Switzerland with everything a family needs. A massive garden overlooks the village with swings for children to play. The beds are so comfy that we almost fell asleep immediately. Clean everywhere. A lot of options for breakfast, even some homemade products. 3 bathrooms and toilets for the guests! One of the bathroom has a big bath tub. We only stayed 1 night so didn't have time to use it. The property has 2 floors and the land lady slept in an extended part on the ground floor. She took care of us and cleaned the table and kitchen after our dinner and breakfast. At first I felt a little awkward that the land lord was around. But she is so friendly and kind that you almost feel you are served by a caring mother and a granny of my kids. She couldn't speak English very well but still made the effort to chat with us using Google Translate. My wife and kids had been afraid of dogs for a long time due to negative experience from before, but her dog "Mo" gave us a calm and friendly feeling that my kids started to play with it the next morning. On our departure she gave us a full bag of food including home-made jams and bread to eat on our way home. What a hospitality! We feel home here and will never forget such a warm-hearted land lady!

Dispondo de um restaurante, o Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg está localizado em Thun. We loved the place from the very first moment. The interior of the room was relaxing and the air was as fresh as the summer breeze. The views to the Lake Thun, to mountains and to the city were amazing... the best you can imagine. Good breakfast with good view to the city. Bread was best of the year so far. We have already made a new reservation.

Everything was great, but the stand out for me was the self laundry service. It was so helpful that we were thinking why other hotels don’t provide this facility!! Coming to the room, it was super spacious with an unbelievable view. Starting from the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone greeted us with a smile and always looking out to help. Over the course of our stay, on few occasions, we had dined at their in-house restaurant, and the food (as well as the service) was top notch

Este hotel em estilo chalé está localizado no centro de Adelboden, na região de Bernese Oberland, a 100 metros dos teleféricos de esqui. Best location and great services. What stands out is the availability of services. Everything is thought of. From the parking ticket, the pass for the gondolas, the bus ticket etc…. Very attentive staff They also let you use the swimming pool after check out. Room was very clean Breakfast buffet was very good
