Guests can pamper themselves at the spa centre including facilities such as sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam and massage. The hotel has beautiful interior - nice paintings, interesting sculptures, cozy seasonal decorations, soft sofas, tasty candies in reception area. It also has pretty nice view - mountings on one side and forest on the other. Staff was polite and attentive. It was my mother's birthday and they brought bottle of champagne and some fruits into her room - it was very hospitable. Everything was really clean - reception, spa, rooms. We stayed just for 2 days, but housekeeping still cleaned our room and even brought more water (and candies 😊). Also, rooms had soft beds, two pillows and 2 blankets, even in double bed room (which we really appreciated), very soft towels and comfy bathrobes. And different shower modes were nice. Food was great. It was a bit cold, but it could be because we came almost at the end of the breakfast. Plus, a lot of food is organically produced from hotel's own farm. Also, it had some interesting food choices (like smoked fish for breakfast, unusual ice cream tastes, carrot-apple-beetroot juice, corndogs...). We especially loved all chicken dishes, round buns and butter croissants. Spa was just amazing. We never felt so relaxed. Not one room was neglected - steamed rooms were always steamy, saunas were always hot, room for relaxing always had water with lemon. Our favourite facilities were hammam, outdoors pool with jacuzzi and 80° sauna. We also booked massage for my mother and she loved it. All of her stress just melted away.

The spa centre offers indoor swimming pools, sauna, steam bath, kneipp bench and fitness center. Set on the panoramic terrace are 2 outdoor hot tubs with sun beds and umbrellas. Guests can also enjoy unique Japanese massage techniques, rituals and therapies. It’s the second time I came there. As usual it’s very clean, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff as usual was very friendly and helpful. I really like this place, the mineral water pool was very good quality pool. I stayed with my 1 year old baby son, he enjoyed as much as me. The kids play room is full of various different toys, there is plenty to enjoy.

The spa area includes different types of saunas, a hot tub, a steam bath and a relaxation area. Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!
