This place fulfilled all of those expectations. Check in was very easy and flexible and Stephan helped us store our bags while we attended the nearby spa. We'd definitely return!

One of the best accommodations we stayed at during our extensive travels in Austria. Cosy, modern, well-equipped apartment with great views overlooking Lienz. Firm but comfortable beds. Due to the 60 euro cleaning fee it is more efficient to stay for multiple days. Highly recommended.

The place is always spotlessly clean and tidy, always smells pleasant, the service is impeccable, the staff are always friendly. Even received a present on my birthday. We love it here every time.
