The location is great, the place it’s clean but, most of all, the staff is amazing. Mariano helped us planning our trip, Matias was super kind and helpful and Rosa was gentle and very nice.

These were some of the best looking rooms we stayed in throughout our trip in South America. Facilities were excellent in terms of facilities. Kitchen equipment, beds, the bathroom, sockets were all excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. We travelled with another friend who had better accommodation for just a few pounds more. This would have easily accommodated us in 2 separate rooms and would have booked this for the three of us had we known.

There are classically furnished guest rooms on offer, all of which have an en suite bathroom with a spa bath and a great view of the Argentinian Lake. There are also self-contained bungalows with a living room area and a kitchen, ideal for families or small groups. The wood construction was so charming, and the view from the common area, directly over the lake, as well as from our room was fantastic. The room itself was comfortable and one can sleep with the window open to enjoy the cold breeze, while it’s still silent. Staff was very friendly and helpful too.
