Staff were very professional. We were warned beforehand about the hotel location situated close to the entertainment district and were given the option to cancel our booking if we were bothered by the noises. Nevertheless we proceed with our bookings and it was the best stay ever. They provided us with earplugs, which we didn't use. The noises never really bothered us. The beds were comfortable, and we had the best sleep. Rooms are reasonably big & clean. Location is very ideal to those who loves the hustle & bustle of Hanoi night life! A few minutes walk to Beer Street. Lots of food & good eateries nearby. Easy stroll to Hoan Kiem Lakes. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Help us book a limousine to take my family of six to the airport & hotel charges us reasonable rates comparable to booking two grabs. Will definitely be back if we visit Hanoi again.

The bed was excellent and very comfortable compared to any 5 star hotel, All staff are accommodating and helpful. Near to train station, most of landmarks, just ask what you need to do and helpful desk/ concierge/ receptionist will help you right away.

Great value for the price. Room was spacious and equipped with all the necessities incl AC ,bathroom was clean and a big pro is the big bed which was super comfy. Staff was relatively young but also always kind. I'd stay here always again for the right price.

The gym was great, spacious and quiet most of the times. there is a sauna and cold jacuzzi as well. We got massages at night from the hotel and it was amazing, so comfortable and relaxing

    The room is very spacious, comfy and clean. It worths staying there before you take a plane elsewhere. I wish there were more hotels like this in the city of Hanoi ;) I would have stayed there for longer time as a tourist if it was situated in the city center. Large jacuzzi bath with good pressure of hot water. AC was in good condition. English speaking reseption host. Nice breakfast.
