The day we were leaving, there was a triathlon, and we had to move up our transfer to the airport. They treated us wonderfully, arranged a taxi, and gave us a small picnic since we couldn't have breakfast. We loved the hotel and its location. We took a little piece of Samarkand back to Spain.

We didn't like, we loved everything! The attention of the staff is exceptional (and we have visited a few countries and hotels, so we have some baseline to compare ), the hotel and the room is beautiful, clean, very unique, the breakfast delicious. The whole stay was an experience that added a lot of positive vibe to our travel in Uzebkistan. Thank you!

hotel was perfectly located with walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms are also good with all amenities. The best part is owner and the entire staff are available round the clock to ensure that their guests are well taken care off. In my case, I lost my luggage during my journey from Bukhara to Samrkand. The owner and his staff helped us and within hours had it delivered to me. Once again I take this moment to thank the entire staff for their efforts. if ever i get an opportunity to visit Samarkand in future, this place is definitely going to be my place to stay.

Breakfast spread is extensive, great selection of fruits, nuts and vegetables in addition to the usual local fare. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, fast wifi and immaculately clean. Conveniently located to both the main train station and local transport into downtown. When they found out I was waiting in the foyer for a train which leaves after midnight, the hotel front desk unprompted generously offered me one of their rooms to rest for a few hours. This level of hospitality and warmth is so impressive. Thank you so much, it was a very heart-warming experience.

    Excellent room, especially bathroom and electric curtains. Staff made it - the waiters in the Lounge Bar which is 24/7 were very attentive and high quality. Some of the reception staff were very good especially Gozul and Jurabek. Doston in sky bar was great. Some staff at reception spent a lot of times on their phone rather than looking to help visitors.

    The property was fabulous outstanding ambient. staff was so help full . breakfast was super. What ever we asked they provided us. the photos are exactly but i real its more then your expectation. i must recommend for it the best place with super romantic spa. the manager him self provided us complimentary privet jacuzzi. amazing and say and really great experience to stay.
