We loved everything about our stay! The Shergiron Plaza hotel just opened in July 2025, so everything is brand new. From the moment you walk in, you can see — and even smell — that fresh, new feeling 😊. Interestingly, we couldn’t even find them on Google Maps, which was a bit strange for us, but we’re so glad we did find them! It’s summer in Uzbekistan and very warm, so for our family, having a clean and well-maintained swimming pool was essential. While searching on Booking, we saw many negative reviews about other hotels’ pools — some with poor water conditions, and in some cases, the pools were rented out so guests couldn’t use them, or they had to share with large crowds. At Shergiron Plaza we had a perfectly clean pool all to ourselves 😊. Theit swimming pool is new, spotless, peaceful - perfect for relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and did their best for us to feel welcome! The hotel is just a short walk from the city centre. We didn't use it, but notice they also have saunas, small pool/bubble bath. They also offer massages, which we all enjoyed — truly the best we’ve ever had - and at a great price! Just a note: if you prefer a gentle massage, let the lady know in advance, as she gives her best effort 😊.

It's a brand new hotel very modern the location is also very good almost 15 minutes walk to the old city. Breakfast was really good and not to mention the stuff was very humble cooperative and well-mannered.

The hotel was beautiful with big rooms and lobby and aesthetically decorated. The staff was very kind and friendly. They allowed us a complimentary early check in and late checkout. Mr Sherzod the Manager was responsive and helpful. He even arranged a guide for us. Overall very comfortable and relaxing stay.

This hotel is conveniently located at the border of the old city. No problem arriving by car, which is good when carrying luggage. Old town is within a very easy walking distance. The hotel itself has been constructed based on an old courtyard concept, fitting very well with the surrounding old town, and with high quality materials and convenience. The hotel received an award for best design (or something similar, did not pay too much attention) in Uzbekistan, which is completely deserved. Very nice. The staff is also very good and caring.

Great facilities with a very nice and clean pool. Rooms with AC. The place has a very homely feeling since the host and his family are very friendly and maje you feel at home. They also help you to arrange everything you could need during your stay. Thank you for the great time!
