The hotel is absolutely spectacular—the location, the pristine facilities, everything is top-notch. However, the breakfast could be improved. The front desk staff is there, but barely noticeable; they fulfill the basics but don't go the extra mile to assist guests. A special mention goes to Mrs. Mary Elena, who was in the breakfast area. I would love to have someone like her in my own business—her dedication and kindness are truly remarkable. The hotel also has thoughtful details, such as complimentary water in the hallways, which you can take with you. It's an incredible place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

The service of the staff is outstanding. They made us feel special and at home from the first minute. The house has a very interesting history and famous thrilling story but you need to hear it first hand. The rooms are large and very comfortable. All well airconditioned. The location is excellent and close to the main attractions. The breakfast are excellent with a wide selection. The selection of coffee is also excellent. Happy hour at 4pm is brilliant and the hosts are very generous with wine, beer , cake and other snacks. The splash pool was a life saver. The one day was 100+F and we spent 3 hours in the pool cooling down. It was such a social occasion with other guests.

    Our room and bathroom were both super-clean. The daily breakfast offered lots of choices each day. And the pool/beach and tiki bar area was a great place to relax. And all staff were pleasant and helpful!

    Pool area was very nice; there was a Jacuzzi however, on the 2nd night they were having problems with it (still able to use, but no bubbles); They have a small sandy beach with chairs/loungers that was a really nice area to relax; there was a hammock; breakfast included; good pool side food and drink options. Close enough to downtown area for short car ride, but not in the middle of all the hustle/bustle; free parking. Shout out to LEE at the front desk!! Very personable :). GREAT dining recommendations!
