We stayed here for our ski holiday. The room was spacious and we loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes. The staff was excellent and always ready to help. There was a continuous supply of coffee in the main lounge area which we found really good.

Oh man the staff were awesome! I didn't get to the hotel until 3am, and had to call twice to change times for my check in. But the person I spoke to, and helped me was incredible. The breakfast is good, the location is great (right by a City Blends which was awesome). I would definitely stay here again in the future. Also for my fellow physically disabled travellers, while the shower required some finagling, everything else was perfectly accessible for me.
