I particularly liked staff's kindness, awareness and attention. We had very rude and loud neighbours who would show absolutely no respect. Senior management proposed us to move into a bigger room at no charge. I think the senior management put a very heavy (and welcomed) importance on their guest experience. Thanks again to all involved, my family and me will always be grateful for your kind offer. Really recommended.

Maxx Royal Bodrum is an amazing property. All the facilities are wonderful and the staff are on it, exceptional service with a smile. We are especially grateful to lovely Sha, Illpoalita and Ali who have been so caring and for going out of their way to making our stay extra special. The Laguna Rooms are beautiful, spacious. The gym and spa is amazing you can spend a lot of time there. Maxxi Land was fantastic for my children, open 9am-2am - incredible. They just take your kids and look after them so well with regular updates. The great thing is that the hotel is quite big so you never feel overcrowded either and you certainly don't feel like you are on a family resort - everything is very smart and child-friendly but not a kid-show if that makes sense! There were plenty of couples too, and lots of grown up spaces and entertainment, although kids were welcome everywhere. You cannot fault this hotel. It is very expensive yes, but worth every cent. We highly recommend it and will return.

Amazing breakfast and fantastic staff working in the restaurant and around the pool! I loved the beautiful interior design of the hotel. The sea was just across the road and the beach was lovely. Great cleaning services in the rooms. Public transport is easily accessible and just around the corner. Comfy gym with lots of gear. I also really loved how quiet the area is. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay, Rammos! I'd love to come back. :)
