I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel in between flights. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from Sabiha airport. I really enjoyed my spacious room with a large balcony with lovely view. It is very important for me to exercise in the sun with privacy and beauty. The bedding was of the highest quality, too. The swimming pool, thermal jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, massage rooms and mud rooms cater for men and women separately. In addition to these areas, there is a large mixed thermal pool for both disabled and healthy people. All the facilities are very clean and cozy. After leaving I was allowed to use the thermal pool for free. The thermal water is amazing and really helps with fatigue and stress. The hotel works closely with Booking.com and does its best to fulfil the expectations and needs of the guests, the staff are very kind and attentive. This caring attitude is very important to me as a customer.

The hotel is beautiful and impressive. It is a high-end hotel and a great value at the same time. The driver picked us up at 9 PM, and we scheduled a message at 10 PM when we arrived. I usually get a massage once or twice a month. The massage I received there was one of the best I've ever had. We were only there overnight to catch a flight, but I would have stayed for three nights to get two more massages. That good!

Everything was great, especially the staff (from the gentleman who greeted us at the entrance to the receptionist, waiter, etc.). they upgraded our room, helped us with transfers, with all the information we needed, with extending our stay... everything was beyond our expectations.

DoubleTree hotel in Tuzla is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been till now. Breakfast were some full tables with nothing to be missing from them. All of it was delicious me and my partner really enjoyed it. I also called for a room service twice and they were all so quick to assist me on the best way. Room service girl was very smiley and friendly and the housekeepers as well. The reception guys were the best because whichever problem I had or any imformation I needed they were always there very friendly very polite and very much professional. Also, the room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as you could see a great part of Tuzla from the windows. Also, loved the fact that when I put in the housekeeping sign just to get my breakfast, I sas missing for only 20-30 minutes and it was all done! So quick and professional all of them. Absolutely loved it I definitely recommend and surely will visit again!

Location was great since I came for business in the Asian side of Istanbul. Only 10 minutes from the SG airport avoiding long travels and traffic jams, to any part within Asian side of Istanbul was possible to reach within 30 minutes. The hotel has nice facilities in terms of gym and spa. Behind the hotel is large shopping area with many shops and restaurants, nice to visit at the end of the day. Last stuff of the hotel is very helpful and friendly.
