Had an incredible time at Radisson Erciyes, the staff were so kind and attentive, making us feel so comfortable, the best service ever. The hot pool was fantastic, and the food was absolutely amazing – the perfect way to end a day of skiing. Can’t wait to return!

The rooms are in a restored historical mansion, very clean and well kept, comfortable bed. The staff speaks good English, very responsive and helpful. Kayseri is probably worth spending 1-2 days max, but the hotel is central and provides easy access to the main sites.

    The room. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and luxurious. Breakfast was exceptional as well. People in the reception were nice and the ladies in the breakfast place were extremely kind.
