I can’t praise this hotel’s service enough—it’s genuinely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm, heartfelt welcome made me feel right at home. Checking in was a breeze; the front desk team was quick, attentive, and treated me like a valued guest. My room was spotless, thanks to the meticulous housekeeping, but the bed was the real star—its plush, high-quality linens and perfectly firm mattress enveloped me in comfort. The quiet, soundproofed environment ensured I slept deeply and woke up refreshed, something I truly cherished. Breakfast was an absolute delight: a vibrant, healthy spread of fresh fruits, artisanal breads, and savory dishes, all bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Every bite felt like a treat. This hotel didn’t just provide a stay; it crafted a warm, luxurious experience that left me feeling pampered and eager to return.

The 4 nights we spent in Osmanli were just wonderful. We felt very welcome from the first second onwards. The hotel is very beautiful in Ottoman style and the rooms are spacious, super comfortable and clean. The absolute highlight is the terrace on the highest floor with a stunning view. When the wind is right, you can watch the hot air balloons starting from directly opposite - this was one of the best sunrises I‘ve ever seen in my whole life! Besides the view, the terrace itself is also amazing! It is too beautiful, you feel like in a fairytale of 1001 night. Breakfast is also served at the upper floor, so you can also enjoy the view during breakfast. But besides the facility itself I‘d like to mention the extremely friendly and heartily stuff! Especially Seda, who helped us with really everything! From organizing a space for the hot air balloon, although it was fully booked to very good recommendations what to see and do in and around Cappadocia - thank you Seda :) And also the cook & waiter (whose name we unfortunately don‘t know) was super kind and gave us interesting and inspiring information about Cappadocia and Turkey. It was a pleasure to stay with you, thank you for everything :) Sina & Tom

The property was beautiful, like a museum! Stunning pottery showcased throughout, lovely decor and lay out. Staff were fabulous and so helpful. It was hot (40 degrees some days!) so we loved jumping into the pool! The spa is lovely, I went swimming in the indoor pool every day, a real luxury. Breakfast was really nice and they mixed up the hot food each day. Coffee did the job but prefer Turkish coffee as places in Göreme don’t do non-dairy milk. We didn’t get to eat at Ala restaurant at the hotel but they have live music on weekends so wish we had been able to! Wine tap was fun! Two great viewing terraces to spot the hot air balloons! Even though it was hot, the cave room was cool enough for us with the fan. I was worried because of the lack of AC but I didn’t feel we needed it. Really enjoyed our stay here.

    Very luxurious and spacious King Suite with a jacuzzi, also the double room was with a bath. Lovely rooftop terrace for balloon viewing. Comfortable and romantic interiors, lovely lighting. Warm recommendation if you want to stay in a cave hotel. There are some restaurants in the area although the location is not the most central.

    Great hotel, nice spacious clean room with bathtub, shower facility. Lots of attention paid to details (e.g. Bath salt provided). Jacuzzi service was also great. Overall a nice place to relax at in a getaway. All activities I took part of could be arranged for pickup at the hotel too at no extra cost.

    Me and my partner had the most amazing stay at divan cave house. We opted for a room with jacuzzi bath which we loved and used more than we thought. The room was gorgeous and spacious and had a massive shower room. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely! We also watched the balloons from the terrace which was lovely. Highly recommend!!

    The property was simply awesome. it was very clean and had all amenities we needed. There was a private jacuzzi in the bathroom which was relaxing. The in-house restaurant served great food from 8 AM to 10 PM. The inclusive breakfast was great and fills you up ready for the day. The staff both at the hotel and the restaurant were super helpful. Murat from stone house cave hotel was so very helpful to arrange our trips and the hot air balloon flight and our shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend Stone House Cave Hotel !!
