I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Nirvanas Hotel during a business trip, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Despite arriving earlier than planned, the team was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in early. This thoughtful gesture was a huge relief after a long journey and set the tone for the exceptional service I experienced throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Caner, who ensured every aspect of my visit was seamless. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach made me feel like a truly valued guest. Whether it was arranging amenities in the suite or ensuring I had everything needed for my meetings, he was always available and ready to assist. I also want to express my gratitude to Mr. Erdi for their outstanding support. Their professionalism, warm demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile greatly contributed to the comfort of my stay. It’s evident that the entire team at The Nirvanas Hotel takes great pride in delivering world-class service. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel service was very nice. I landed at Istanbul airport and just had to take the H6 bus to commute to the hotel (and back to airport the next day) which only cost 40 lira one way. Apart from that, it was dark when I landed and although the hotel is just a 2 minute walk from the bus station, I got a bit lost since I was new to Istanbul and it was dark, I contacted the hotel management and they responded very promptly asking me to send pics of where I was standing and then sending a person who then took me and my luggage to the hotel; they didn't charge me anything extra for this kindness. My entire stay at the hotel was also very comfortable. The restaurant right in front of the hotel had very good food and there were other food options to down the street on the left of the hotel. Additionally, my flight was to depart late night and the hotel management was very kind to extend my check out till 3pm. At checkout, they also complimentarily helped me carry my luggage to the nearby bus stop even though that is not in their policy. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
