Everything was just perfect We stayed 2 weeks in may and the place was nearly empty , which was perfect Cleaning was perfect , hot water , ac , super comfortable staying WiFi was not stable but if you have a local SIM card , you can share your mobile internet and work easily Staff was really polite and helpful Do not hesitate and book!

The location of the villas (on the hill) is very nice and the hotel runs a free shuttle every hour to the beach and city centre. You are away from the noise of the city but only a 10 minute easy drive from the beach. The villa was very clean comfortable (bedroom with ensuite and separate living room/kitchen area). The pool was the perfect size and the water was clean. It also felt very private which was nice. The kitchen in the villa was very functional (microwave, electrical stove, all kinds of plates) and we were provided with bottled water every day which was great. Some of the items in the mini-bar are complimentary which was great. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, best service I ever received in my life.

Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally kind and attentive, making our stay truly memorable. We would especially like to express our heartfelt thanks to Tik, Jemmy, Pui, Fai, Mes, Q, and Ya from the Pinto restaurant team. This is a fantastic little hotel. Our second time staying here and things have improved since last year. We stayed on the first floor in a huge apartment with balcony overlooking the beach and sea. This gem of a hotel offers seaviews, very comfortable apartment, excellent internet (95 mbps as tested on speed test), cable TV, fully equipped kitchen (though the stove needs replacing but then with a plethora of eating places around who needs to cook?!), full size fridge, excellent aircon, housekeeping every day who were exceptional, a fair sized pool looking out on the beach. No breakfast provided as it doesn't have a restaurant so we made our own each morning or ate out. The cost of this hotel is ridiculously cheap compared to other hotels in the area on the beach, and offers better views and easy access than most on the beach. In short, this is a little known excellent hotel for those who don't have huge expectations of a modern hotel, but instead opt for comfort and easy living.

    We spent 3 nights in the honeymoon suite and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the private tub / whirlpool situated on our balcony, with a stunning view across Kamala beach. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and highly responsive. The area is nice and secluded - great for relaxing away from the business of Patong. The main pool was quiet and there was plenty of space to secure a sun bed that overlooks the ocean.

    Position of property was great, room was good size .Balcony had two sun beds on and a table two chairs and great to watch the sunset and to have breakfast delivered to your room .     Although the room was at the ground floor and with direct access to the back street and pool we felt it comfortable. Nice housekeeping every day and the jacuzzi bath is a great plus. Really spacious room and great bed. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast service served in the balcony.

    The room was very well equipped and spacious. Loved the jacuzzi bath and roof terrace. An amazing view from our balcony of the beach. The hotel is right on the beach. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but breakfast is offered. However there are lots of good restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The pool area is kept clean and although small it is a welcome area to swim.
